An old fashioned sweet shop in a quirky shopping outlet / village type thing. Next door to Hatton Adventure World, for the kids.
Over 30 different flavours, including the ubiquitous Lemon Meringue pie.
Not a huge selection of fruity ones (apparently they do a rhubarb and vanilla one, which sounds nice, but it wasn’t available when we went), which can be nice, but otherwise they were pretty good – smooth and flavourful. Slightly expensive (over £2 per 100g), but worth a visit if you’re nearby.
Huge range of other sweets can be bought here – bonbons, aniseed balls, rhubarb and custard, etc. I could go bankrupt if I spent too long here!
